Balanced living means having a healthy physical, emotional & mental lifestyle. We know that people who maintain a balanced lifestyle can easily tackle any kind of difficulties in their life. It also provides a harmony between ‘what we want to do’ & ‘what we have to do’. It’s a choice to bring more pleasure & personal fulfilments in life through our actions and helps us to synchronize with the rhythm of life. Most folks waste a lot of time by choosing some wrong actions at the wrong timing. Some of us try to screwing up several tasks at once before focusing on our energy level. These things trigger our bad moods & push us towards stress & frustration. So, we need self–monitoring for maintaining a rhythm in our life.

Balancing is the true essence of our life but sometimes we can’t control all aspects of our life properly. Sometimes we feel burned out due to our ‘to–do list’. Some situations appear like we live a life with someone else’s schedule. When we pass through these events we feel that there is no motive, no freedom & no enthusiasm to chase our goals in life. Even it makes a disturbance to enjoy our life to its full potential. Some studies also confirmed that an off–centered lifestyle can stifle our productivity. So, we need to achieve a rhythm in the realm of our daily lifestyle. I know dear, the word ‘balanced living’ sounds too odd in this busy world. Even schematically balancing life is hard but you have to do it on your own.

The definition of balance depends on how we behave at our core. So, the balancing equation is not the same for all. So, the question is ‘how we can balance our life?’ Balancingfour the basic quadrants of life (Our family, our own self, work field & friends) is a tough job. Believe me, if you’d focus on activity management rather than the time management process, it’ll bring more satisfaction to your life. Here are no specific balancing factors in life. Even, no one can achieve the rhythm of life over a night. Some small changes to your daily routine may help you to bring more balance into life.
Here are some basic activities which can’t change everything in your life at once, but it gives you pleasure over the long run.
PRIORITIZE YOUR ‘ME–TIME’:
Treat yourself the way you want to enjoy your life. When its energy level goes down, a battery also needs to be charged. So, why won’t you? Depending on your living habit add at least 15–20 minutes to your schedule for yourself. You may do some yoga, try some sketches, write a journal, take a nap, listen to soothing music to hit the refreshment button in your life. Believe me, it’ll help you to play an energetic role in every aspect of your life.
STOP COMPARING & SET SOME REALISTIC GOALS:
We all have different priorities in life. Even, everyone’s mind reacts differently in the same situation. So, comparing your life with others neither boosts your energy level nor keep your life in balance. Our life is an infinite loop. So, enjoy every phase of it to keep a great balanced lifestyle. Firstly, you need to understand what activities boost your energy level up & what drains it out?
Live your life with a purpose is the most important thing. Sometimes we set some unrealistic goals and waste our valuable time to achieve these. After that, we get some uncertain & undeveloped result from it & lost our resilience. So, set goals that are attainable & realistic, which will provide you the right circumstances to achieve them. If you keep these in a time frame it’ll make you more organize, alleviate your stress & improve your life’s balancing equation.
TRIMMING UNWANTED PARTS FROM YOUR LIFE :
Never allow your brain to keep any spaces for those circumstances that don’t serve you. If you surrounded yourself with negative environments, your soul may absorb these kinds of negativities also. Never allow those people in your life who can’t accept you as what you are. Always try to live in such circumstances that provide you a bucket of positive vibes. Always be aware of your capabilities & make commitments based on them. Never get stuck in activities that wouldn’t nourish your soul. Work smart & maintain a balanced lifestyle throughout your own path.
